Hello, my name is Cassandra Moore. With over a decade of experience in counseling and education, I am deeply committed to supporting individuals through the various stages of life—whether it's children, adolescents, or working professionals. I've had the privilege of working with youth ages 3-18, providing counseling and guidance on issues such as anxiety, grief, depression, and self-regulation strategies. As the creator of a comprehensive school counseling program within a preschool-12th grade setting, I've been able to teach and support students with diverse needs, helping them navigate emotional challenges and build resilience.
Beyond my work with children and adolescents, I specialize in assisting families with post-secondary planning, offering both practical advice and emotional support to help ease transitions and reduce stress.
My approach is rooted in cultural competence and always trauma-informed, ensuring that I meet each individual with empathy and a deep understanding of their unique experiences.
With over 15 years of consulting experience, I work with adults to enhance emotional intelligence, promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, and foster resilience in the workplace. I’m particularly passionate about supporting working professionals—especially mothers—who are navigating the complexities of work-life balance and managing stress.
Whether I'm working with children, families, or professionals, my goal is to help individuals unearth their strengths, cultivate healthy coping strategies, and approach life's challenges with confidence and clarity. Through collaboration, empathy, and a holistic approach, I strive to create a safe, supportive environment for growth and self-discovery.
